Wars (atleast f2p ones) are basically only about numbers, so according to ur logic a bunch of massrecruited lvl 90s could easyly become #1 just because they outnumber theyr opponent by like 10 times... While on every single pk trip they would get crushed by more experienced clans who get better turnouts to normal trips and have better teamwork... But strength comes through numbers just as much as it does experience. What other way is there to determine strength but by warring? During pk run ins, clans always use the excuse that it was a bad turnout... so you can't really measure strength through pk trips. And even in wars, a smaller number of higher leveled and more experienced people will almost always beat a larger number of lower leveled and less experienced people. Basing war wise ranks on a war that happened over a year ago makes no sense, not with the way clans member lists deviate over such a period.
