I listen to upbeat music since its scientifically proven to help you work out for longer closer to your anaerobic threshold. A couple of my favourites are: Darude - Sandstorm Darude - Feel the Beat DJ Dean - Ballanation Hilltop Hoods - Monsters Ball ATB & Paul Van Dyk - Rave Me. Dance and Techno songs while working out (particularly running) are great. I agree, it gives it an upbeat tempo so you can have rhythm in your exercises. December 25, 200718 yr I dont listen to anything when I run I just look at cars driving by and hope I dont get hit Im so high I belive i can fly
