Am I ready for Jad?

Hi Everyone,

 

 

 

My (RS) name is Joener.

 

I've been looking forward to this day a long, long time.

 

I am, I think, totally prepared for the one and only Tztok-Jad.

 

But before I start, I thought I'd ask some advice from more experienced players, i.e. the fire cape owners, or other people who have tried it before and can tell me more about it or give me some advice.

Quest cape (pray bonus)

 

Archer's ring

Full crystal bow (for Jad)

 

2 ranged potions

 

6 sara brews

 

19 super restore pots

 

 

 

 

 

Are my skills good enough?

 

Should I change anything to my invent/equipment?

 

 

 

Any advice is welcome!

i havnt done even attemted it yet, though i plan on doing it soon, so i have been reading a few guides. i would swap one more sara brew for a super restore, though that might be bad advice.

Personaly, i think you'll be fine. I've read several guids, and all of your skills are way above what they suggest.

ok lol i have tried the fiht cave several times (am about to try again right now in fact) i can make it to jad easily with my stats (80 range 80 defence and 70 prayer)

 

 

 

the hard part is the prayer swapping you get incredibly jumpy when you make it to jad (or atleast i have..... 3 times) so try and stay relaxed and watch some videos (what i will be doing right after writing this).

edit: died on jad and have new advice watch Jad at all times even when you are attacking the healers

I've thought a bit and I think I'll change some parts:

 

 

 

Sara cloak (qp cape)

 

Verac helmet (robin hat)

You don't need 2 crystal bows if you already have another bow.

My advice is use the crystal bow for the waves, it'll be down to about 3/10 by the time you get to jad, then use karils bow on Jad. It's way way cheaper and k-bow works great on him.

You will be fine against jad, just remeber some food will be useful.

I think you will be able to do it. But remember that it may take a couple of tries.
