Only 2 points away from 99! i saw an ss of someone doing 102 on an npc.. dharoks.. 1hping That was way before new stre bonuses like fury, dragon boots, godsword, new prayers. Also that was with a shade i believe with about 120 health? I believe that with all todays stre bonuses and new prayers you could probably hit over 130 on undead, if anything had enough health.
