You get bloods, deaths, pure essence, clue scrolls, adamant arrows, mithril ore, battlestaffs, (4.2k alch) and the odd ranarr. I'd advise getting a Salve Amulet (e). AbyssalStudios Posted December 21, 2007 Share Posted December 21, 2007 Abyssal Runecrafting is the way to go. Since you have RuneCrafting 58, you can use up to large pouches. Just buy the pure essence for 80 each (I think that's what it's at now), and craft the nature runes for 280-300 each.
