It's a cache...for runescape.

 

 

 

 

 

:uhh: They need to store some local files somewhere on your PC. Contrary to what some people think, runescape does install on your PC -- updates and such.

If you delete it then the rs client loader will just install it again next time you play runescape. I don't know why people are saying you won't be able to play rs :S maybe they should actually try deleting it before they talk about it.

 

 

 

Exactly. All it does is force a complete reload of the game files.

If you deleted those files you won't be able to play Runescape, or even log in to use any of their services on their website.

 

you can delete them and still play, it will just put that folder back along with all the stuff in it if you delete and try to play rs

If you play using the Unsigned Applet, no files are downloaded onto your computer, & the game is still accessible.
