December 25, 200718 yr Im a member, and im currently mining iron at the mine to the west of Fally and South of Tavelery. Its pretty close to the bank and has 3 rocks. There barely ever anyone there and it works for me. I dont kno if its the fastest.

December 25, 200718 yr Depends on whether you're a member or f2p, and whether you're banking or not. If you're powermining, go to the al-kharid triangle. If banking... As a member I personally have a house in Rimmington. Telly to Rimmy, mine iron, glory telly to edgy bank, and repeat. As an f2per, I used to mine the two iron rocks in southwest varrock. I hired a runner, and I think i paid him 500 or 700 gp a run.
