I like that ppl are animating sigs, and I like this.. tho when her head is at the side it looks flat, try getting the front back and side views sorted before you start animating it.. itll look more like a head.

When you make a flash file into a GIF, it looses a lot on the scale, so it's impossible to shade, which is why every does stick figures. I could shade it in Animation Shop, to make it more realistic, but it wouldn't be 100% Flash MX :P I guarentee i could do a better job, but i don't feel like it :D *ish lazy*
