I have trained abberents spectres from 90-99 att, 90-99 def, 90-95 str but i want to max out str before summoning comes out.

 

 

 

Max xp an hour is about 45k xp, I average 30k-40k an hour.

 

 

 

Are there any ways of getting massive ammounts of str xp an hour? around 80k?

The exp is like 75k exp minimum an hour.

Dharok at either Ape Atoll ( there's an alter nearby, you need anti-poison) or the Smokey Well Dungeon(you will be constantly at 1 hp, you need prayer pots) dharoking fire Giants.

o ok so far so good and if your dhoraking on ape atole why do you need anti poison? wouldn't you just die becuase you will be 20 hp most of the time and below.

you need anti poisons, because there's a poison spider thatmay not deal damage to you, but it WILL poison you.

You're praying melee the whole time(and probably piety also)but whenever you use the alter you get poisoned.

so should i bring like 4 sharks, 2 anti poison pots (3), and like 10 super sets (minus defense pot)?

If you enter the dungeon without a Face Mask, you'll take continuous damage. It won't kill you though, so you'll be at 1 hp forever.

 

 

 

Only dangerous are running out of prayer, attacking a Dust Evil, or getting an evil chicken random.

When you're in the Smokey Well, if you're not wearing a Face Mask, your health will be constantly damaged, but you'll never, die; it'll never do the final hit. You can't attack the Dust Devils, or they'll hit through your melee protect and kill you. Just pray meleee and dharok the Fire Giants while drinking prayer potions as necessary.
