no offense,but you would be better off reading a tutorial on planets,stars and finally nebullas and combinding them into one picture,which would be better...

Go check out his page, read his "tutorials" (more so kind of guides) about space creation if you want to go that way. Also... stay away from lens flares. I agree, if used slightly, perhaps using a few under a nebula to give some light to it (setting them to soft light perhaps?) it can help, but as a focus point, baaad.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also, stay away from the filtery background as a whole, and the planets... yeah, they look like marbles.
