Just go to the market place and steal from the rock cake stall. You might only be able to have one at a time, but I'm not sure. :-k You could also try using the explosive potions that you can make after doing the Digsite Quest. I think they hit like 15 each time you drop one. :-k Last time I saw someone drop nitro he got hit for 35. Be ultra cautious with these. Quest cape obtained at combat level 83, march 07.
