Suiku
"It's too expensive, too hard, too dull" It's freaking summoning, freaking summoning stuff and jagex didn't ruin it this time, what else do you eefing want? This skill rocks, it's not like hunter where you have to wait without moving, or farming, that it's more like "harvesting". Do you pop up stuff out of no-where, it's what people expected, this is the most worked out skill ever, and you see it on the development diaries. angry555
everyone is so mad about those problems but they dont even realise that everything else in the game that makes them enjoy it (pc, bh, cw, kq ect.) is still here and if they dont like it just ignore it or wait for it to get updated *-P.K.Masters-* |5+ Years of Experience|F2P Events|Cmb: 95+
Y2g2003
I appauled them for at least doing some damage control by letting everyone know that the skill would be slow, but even you have to admit that the skill is slightly fauled. I just wish that they would get past making people buy levels and get back to what made skilling back in the day fun. If they did that, I would almost be willing to overlook the other handful of flaws. Ability to level a skill shouldn't focus on the amount of GP you have. Now instead of wasting time trying to level an already slow skill... I have to go harvest some GP the best way I know how and THEN worry about leveling the already slow skill. The only plus side to this skill so far is that my dog is over 50% grown. I'll be looking forward to when they allow Tears and Lamps to be used on this skill. Soulthresher
Its interesting but its not something I will want to focus on just yet. Charms are the biggest issue but it will just give me some motivation to train slayer later on. Can't wait to level it for atleast a minotuar and hopefully a Hydra someday. Samittaja
I agree, I didn't like the other new updates but kept doing stuff I did like (except for pking ._.) and I actually like this update and I don't see how people are complaining. It's not perfect but it's a good effort from jagex and it helped me get motivated to train slayer again. E.g. the new update where jagex removed blackmarks is a great update and strategically it was a smart move from jagex. Is the updates really bad or is it just a matter of giving it a chance. monkeyboo2
Get back to what made skilling back in the day fun. I'll be looking forward to when they allow Tears and Lamps to be used on this skill. Does anybody else find these two statements quite contradictive? I fail to remember that back in the day Tears (didn't exist) and lamps made everything fun. Some skills should be buyable, others shouldn't. This happens to be a reasonably expensive skill...get gathering GP. On topic: i Like it how people base their assumption of everyone else on afew people. Some people will always complain, because someone always gets the short end of the stick; this time it is poor people. If its any consolation to them, let them complain, they'll get over it eventually. PS i complained about the duelling update- and got over it by quitting RS :P Yeah...Some people just go out of their way to ruin other peoples fun.Sounds like Jagex to me...
