Ryan
Visually, it's appealing at first glance, but that's as far as it goes. The character is simple and interesting yet serves no purpose. The black background and plain text just dont' cut it. The minimalistic effect I think you're going for didn't work out. The text is just a slap on the image. The background really does need more detail. The person has an awkward stance and the sword doesn't seem to be held right. Good attempt, needs more work. teenageloser33
Well actually i really don't believe that's an odd position for the sword to be held in, you can easily do it with your arm; its if it's just strong enough to hold that bad boy up. Is unnatural better suiting? Generally, swords aren't wielded like that.

teenageloser33
Actually yes my work probably would blow yours out of the water, wait not probably; it would. Just maybe a little taste of what I do, and I've gotten even better since then.

Just maybe a little taste of what I do, and I've gotten even better since then. I havent done pixels in months, I meant anything related to Photoshop, grunge abstract etc. When I said the sig sucked I was referring to the fact that it was a VERY small person with just a black background and crappy text. Of course you are a better pixeller than me but abstract grunge, etc, not hardly! Also that pixel isnt that great, I've seen MUCH better. teenageloser33
I never said it was great, but my shading and my lineart is far better the anything you can do, and abstract/brushing I don't think you could do better then me, but grunge probably because i don't know how to make a piece look like total junk. Plus I take into account with my work, anatomy of a person.
Keiphus
Too much red on that signature Teenageloser.... I can't stand looking at it because of that... It's too bad too, because the linework is great.
teenageloser33
Yeah I don't pride myself on my coloring lol, never been very good at it, I find my "true" calling in the linework, which is more so what I do.
