Revenants

Featured Replies

I was out Revenant hunting and had very little success. All I found was a Rev Goblin(lv30), me being level 99 was unable to attack it. What I am proposing is to keep the Wilderness Level system the same, except instead of both the player and the rev being unable to attack each other, just make the rev not attack instead. I see no reason why this cannot be done, many monsters already lose there hostility towards players approximately twice their level plus 2. So why can't revs follow the system mentioned earlier?

that sounds good actually. I support.

it makes alot of sense seeming that you cant find a high lvl when your actually looking for one (although clue scrolls seem to attract them to you  )

Is a good idea, or make lower revs like for me (lv 115 cb) a rev vampire(that i can att in very high wildy) instead of me to run he runs, that would be funny  also is 2x+1 the formula for they stop being agresive.

no, they're supposed to be just like players, not supposed to be just like players, but with npc abilities..

Honestly, does anyone ever think of the nonmembers when they suggest making the revs stronger? Yes, members can go out and kill a rev 10 levels above them, but F2Pers have to run from them if they're about 15 levels below them. Level 70 revs can hit constant 20s, you can't really see what attack type it is, you have (comparitively) pathetic armor, and they freeze/teleblock you. For nonmembers, seeing a rev that can attack them is virtually a death sentence.

I'm not suggesting making Revenants stronger, what I am suggesting is that high level players (F2P or not) should be able to attack any Revs they want, yet still have things in a way so that they do not maul the lower level players. It's not that the rev can attack them, it's that they may attack any rev they wish, not vice versa. (Btw I'm F2P and being so I know that the only attractive thing now for us in the Wild is FOG and rev hunting.)

I think that Revs should actually receive an amount of IQ (That they don't attack people who are 30 levels higher than them -.-) and also that they could either team up or attack one another, if they are within level range, making it simulate the old wilderness more.

Check me out on YouTube!

They should definitely be able to attack each other though.
