Hyt! Good to have the forums running again! I finished 99 cooking when they were down and sadly took my first 99 pic wrong too lol (hit the prnt scrn after everyone said gratz :( ) But now that im done with that I wanna fish preferably fly fish since I have all the feathers.

So I basically have one main question, Will the trout/salmon sell raw easily? I know alot of f2p don't use these foods much anymore, but I want to fish them. If i bank will they sell easier? (I know its slower exp but I need to make the 10m for yews till 99 fm)

Oh nice! Another 99 cooker.....lol just joking, nice job with that and 90 fishing. If I stayed a member I would do monks till 99 but Im going to f2p so fly fishing is my only hope for 99 fishing, way slower then monks and way less profitable. Im probably gunna balance this out with Woodcutting a bit and firemaking in between so I don't get bored (and get magic and crafting up >.<)

raws usually sell better than cooked (well cooked don't sell at all anymore on g.e. unless you get lucky) I'd bank raw if you're looking to sell, although once you reach a high enough fishing level I'm guessing there are faster money makers out there, like swordies/tuna combo or lobs. the price of swordfish have gone up so I'd go with that, as tuna raw sell quickly as well.

As you said you are doing it in F2P, then do it in Lumbridge. It is by far the most effective spot to fly fish, as you can sell the fish to the General store then having to drop them, which from my experience is a lot faster then dropping.

My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.

fly fishing is the fastest fishing exp for f2p...they don't exactly sell well but quite a lot of ppl will use them for minor activities such as cw (me for 1 =P)

maxed out melee on 10/10/08, current goal: 94/99 cooking

life may be unfair, but why can't it be unfair in my favor?

my fake plant died because i forgot to pretend to water it

Dropping fish when fishing at lumby is faster than selling to general store or coanoeing to ge.

I have tested it when i got 4k fish this way.

By how many seconds though...When you sell to the general store it "keeps you active" as you have to walk/run to the general store and back, I personally find it easier then dropping all my fish and getting Carpal Tunnel :?

Yes trout/salmon sell to new cooks. I made approx 400k from 75-80 fishing using an Ibis. Granite Lobster is better if you can use this instead. Do this at Shilo.

As for buyng yews for firemaking just use maples. Stick 525k a week into MTK and set it to all maples and 50% coal. Should profit each week with seeds/nests/coal and still gain a massive stash of maples. Maples are 150k firemaking XP per hour so it isn't slow XP by any means.
