DUELMASTER30
any ideas why they don't sell in the G/E ? People are willing to pay more than the ge price on the forums with junk, so people usually sell to them. I don't think they're worth 30m, but they are certainly worth more than the ge price right now. DUELMASTER30
i saw someone value cat masks at 30 mil and wolves at 25 mil Well they might be worth that on street prices, but theres just as good of a chance they aren't. What I was thinking was about 3-4m for a wolf mask, but I could be extremely wrong on them because I don't study the markets much. Danqazmlp
I managed to get a sheep mask on g.e after having the offer in there for 5 days at 339k i think it was. On forums there around 8m, but i have 0 chance of gettign enough junk to slel it, so ill keep it. Just leave an offer at max price, then when max price increases take off your offer and re-put at max, you'l get one eventually. Want to be my friend? Dr_Locust
i find this whole "junk trading" thing confusing and pointless -.- the worst thing is i have no clue how to do it #-o It involved trading "fodder" in order to balance the trade. Fodder such as Rune javelins, addy junk and flatpacks are useless to a player, but are worth a fair amount of gold in larger quantities. Here's what RuneWiki says about it: "Since the update, players have tried various ways to bypass the trade limit, such as using Bounty Hunter, despite the high risk that it carries. Some players have also used the Party Room, in very non-busy worlds and having totals of just enough value that it is not advertised throughout RuneScape. A recent method is to look for items that have a large discrepancy the Grand Exchange value and the player market value. For example, various items, such as construction flatpacks, have a relatively high Grand Exchange compared to their street value. Players often use these items to "balance" a trade. This practice is known as junk trading, and the junk is sometimes called trade fodder." davidium
junk trades are mainly use when buying/selling rares so for example someone is selling a purple phat which is valued at 144M in rs ge lowest price....however no one in hell is going to buy it for that price...the actual market price is around 70-80M now i'll say (saw one guy selling yellow for 80M) in order to carry out this trade, the guy with the purple phat has to offer lots of undervalued items such as animal masks to the other player...either that or the player buying it offers lots of worthless junk such as scrolls, gold rings, and lots of nonsense stuff... maxed out melee on 10/10/08, current goal: 94/99 cookinglife may be unfair, but why can't it be unfair in my favor?my fake plant died because i forgot to pretend to water it
