IeatWindex
If I were to get 99 woodcutting, would it be considered an easy skill cape? I dont want to get a skill cape not worth it. BTW, Im not getting it to show off, but I want it to be worth it.
acenator
It depends on how you get it. Cutting yews from 78-99 took me upwards of 4 months (I did play quite a bit of Castle Wasr, though :P ), but even willows aren't likely to get the exp rate much higher than 50k exp/hour (yews are about 30k exp/hour). > SELECT * FROM users WHERE clue > 0;0 rows returnedThere's no place like 127.0.0.1There are only 10 types of peoplein this world: those who understandbinary and those who don't.This statement is false.$DO || ! $DO ; trytry: command not found
davidium
umm well usually such skill capes like fishing/fletching/woodcut/firemake are not as highly respected but a skill cape is still a skill cape...although there are different categories imo such as those that require lots of cash (prayer, summoning, con), those that require lots of perseverance like runecraft and slayer while those that you can train while doing something else (fish/fletch/wc/fm)...these skill capes are of course easier to get as one can scroll the forums or do hw or watch tv and still get a good amount of exp/hour... 99 woodcut will still take a lot of time and is a good thing to get but if you check the high scores you will see that lots of people have that already...a more respected skill cape would be like thieving, agility, the various combat skills such as atk, str, def etc while the most respected skill capes would be slayer or rc if you ask me (but i'll still rank slayer first cause i love it) ;) maxed out melee on 10/10/08, current goal: 94/99 cookinglife may be unfair, but why can't it be unfair in my favor?my fake plant died because i forgot to pretend to water it

Well right now im 64 WC, a long way from 99. I know for myself that'll be worth it, but is it a cape that is considered easy for others? Davidium: I realize that alot of people have 99 woodcutting, but its the only skill I enjoy.
Bunker_Boy
Hey man, if you enjoy it, you shouldn't need our opinion, forget what everyone else thinks ;) I got 99 WC because I enjoyed it and I haven't regretted it. Even if most people don't "respect" it, or don't respect it as highly as others, they don't insult you for it, and I occasionally get compliments on it. I started at 69, which isn't much higher up on the xp chain ;) You can do it man. ^^Plus i made a ton of money off of the birds nests and seed drops :) Be sure to wear a strung rabbits foot! IeatWindex
Thank you all for the answers. Just 1 more, I promise. Since I have 64 WC, and im cutting yews (for money and exp) how much exp could I get an hour. I counted about 1 yew every 6-8 seconds. I have to stick to yew's, seeing thats where all my cash comes from.
Bunker_Boy
:-\ Sorry can't help ya with this one, I went willows all the way. Are you using a dragon axe or rune axe?
IeatWindex
Firstly, Im F2p. Im subscribing in a month or so, and need a 99 or close to one when I enter P2p. So yes, im using a rune axe. Though I will buy dragon axe upon subscribing.
Inuashakent
Xp rates are average, at around 50k/hour at willows. However, the amount of attention, effort, and the sheer amount of people who have it makes it nothing special.
