Hello, is it possible to range Iron Dragons at 65 Ranged or would it take ages to take one down?

 

 

 

If so, which enchanted bolts do you recommend?

I'd get at least 70 range before trying...would probably take awhile to drop one dead. Mithril bolts right now are great cuz they're cheap, but ruby (e) will do just fine. Rune Xbow

I have no experience in this whatsoever, but I'd at least try for 70-75 before attempting them. Even if it is possible, the higher the range, the better the results.

Its great fun if you like spending 10 minutes to kill one, its good if you want to read forums etc though because you dont have to watch the screen.

get at least 80+ ranging and use mith(e) bolts

Thanks for your replies, all very helpful. I was assigned Iron Dragons for a slayer task (and I've been trying to train up my pathetic ranged stat with my slayer assignments).

 

 

 

I guess I'll melee the Iron Dragons with Prayer Pots and Proselyte armor, like I've been doing.

I hope you're also bringing along Antifire Potions and a DDS...
