Is 85 Mining worth it?

Right I'm 80 mining, 30k i think from 81.

 

I know its hard to mine rune these days, from these sad world hoppers who knows EXACTLY when to go to the next world, but i suppose a few rune ore's will get me a bit of cash.

 

 

 

Think is, i need to know for fact its efficient and worth it. I don't want to waste my time on getting 85 if i know it wont pay off like people say it does. For someone who is quite poor (my self having only 3M cash+items), i suppose this is ideal for me getting to 85. So.. is it a good money maker to an average player, preferbly easy money?

If you can stand mining, get it. You should be able to an inventory in under an hour, even if you're slow, which is still 336k/hour.

 

 

 

And the sad world hoppers, become one yourself ;) .

 

Developing a good routine and keeping track of which worlds you have already mined really helps. If you get good at this you should easily be able to make over 336k/hour.

Exactly, its a 50/50 argument.

 

I don't want to put all my effort in this and prob be scarred from mining haha.

For 336k an hour it's not worth it in my opinion. But...

 

At 80+, mining speeds up for everything, you would get alot more exp mining mith/addy plus you still get a decent profit. So with more speed it's easier to get a 99, plus a 99 in mining is very respected.

I rarely mine runite, but 85 Mining Looks great doesn' it ;) . And your close. it wont take too long to get 85

Yes, you should get 85 mining. Even if you don't mine rune that often, 85 mining feels great.

 

 

 

In the 3 or so hours I've spent mining rune, I've made about 1.2 mil :

 

The trick is to bring something to alch in between rocks so you're not just standing around.

I wanna do it just normally, i cba wid granite, i think iron will be good (DWARVEN MINE), and minign the 3 addy rocks every now and then, when i get full load, bank and repeat, atleast then il rake in a bit of cash on the way?

Sure it is. It's good money and can be done while alching. And world hoppers aren't sad, it's just the most eficient way to mine it, better than standing around for 11-20 minutes.
