The "Report this Post" (Small Annoyance)

Featured Replies

Small annoyance really, but before the new forum update when a post was reported the report button would be marked with a red 'x' on it, showing that someone has already reported it. However, with the new forums when a post is reported it doesn't seem to give any indication a head of time that it has been reported. The only way to find out is click on the report icon and wait for the message to tell you if it has or hasn't already been. Is there any plans to re-implement this feature? ::'

This may not be the case with all themes, as I haven't tried them all yet, but with the "tipit_theme" it does not show anything. If this has already been posted, my apologies, but I checked the last few pages with no other topic regarding this.

I think someone in the 'Bug' thread stated that it was getting worked on, or was on the list of things to do, or something related to those.

It's annoying but I'd rather have more skins, and some other things done first...

Ah, then that's alright. I should've checked in that thread first. I understand that this is minuscule compared to the other things the forum needs to do, but just thought I'd point it out if no one hadn't.

If you report a thread now it shows up with an exclamation point (!) and a small message on the thread itself saying the threads been reported. Was that showing up for you?

Is there any chance there is a thread around that is a usable test, so that a user can see this in action? :-s

(Warning: This user can be VERY confusing to some people... And talks in 3rd person for the timebeing due to how insane they are... Sometimes even to themself.)

That's only to people with mod powers in said forum, I believe. ::'

You're accusing me of bigotry, how ironic. It's a nice attempt at argument, but your responses are facile and asinine, if not diatribe. Who's arrogant now?
