Which barrows meele armour is the best???????????????

It depends on what you use it for. Guthans is great for slayer, veracs is great for killing KQ, dharoks is great for strength training, and Torag's is...well...ok, so it's not so great.

if you were looking to upgrade your rune armor or something like that pick up torag's set but get rid of the hammers

I'd buy torag's helm, guthan's body, and torag's legs ~ 950k.

Not true, they have good defence stats, making you stay in that area longer.

Yeah, the weapons are useless without the entire armor set.

Buy verac's skirt instead of torag's legs if you can. It gives an extra prayer bonus.

If you're using prayer you shouldn't be wearing barrows, other than while doing dk's or barrows.

I use a Guthan body and a Verac skirt for most of my training. I use Superhuman Strength prayer for training so a little prayer boost is good for me. Obviously use Proselyte if you're praying for protection....
