I finally pulled it out again, scanned it to my computer, and began to add some colors in Photoshop. Although I'm still not done, I'm posting it for some CC before I get to far along. Even with these, you may have to open the image in a new window so you can view the whole thing. If you are trying to re-create the reference picture I would suggest lightening your colour palatte, but only sllightly. Looking at the picture and your version, there needs to be more tire, because in the picture, it has a bit of rim, and then some tire. Not sure if there would be any way to get a rounded effect on the tires, instead of the squarish effect.
