RuneScape Highscore Changes Or Mass Banning?

While browsing another forum and after making a new post I noticed something, all my stats were showing up in my sig .... but they weren't before.

 

 

 

After looking at the highscores every skill is now ranking the top 2 million players. Has it always been 2 million or has there been some sort of mass banning?

Yep. Mass banning added 1 million people to the highscores.
