The point is, this isn't a breaking edge discovery. This is the standing up straight phenomenon as described by xpx, which has been around forever.

If you had read the topic instead of just assuming what the post was about you'd know this is happening everywhere not just in crowded areas. I'm seriously not seeing whats so hard to understand about this. :wall:

 

 

 

It was a joke, you shouldn't take everything so seriously. Also I don't lag at all, I run the maximum graphics fullscreen at 50fps so thats not it, its simply a glitch as I've already said. Also I've been at the barrows for most of the day, I honestly can't see why I would be standing in edgeville bank. :roll:

 

 

 

If you record your FPS when running in fullscreen then you must have OCD.

 

 

 

Fraps, which I always have open to take screenshots, constantly displays your current fps in the top left of the game screen. If all your going to do is flame get out of here, you've added nothing to this topic.

I've noticed this too. For anyone who doesn't get it, your character is automatically in its idle animation all the time now,no matter where you are. I hope this is fixed soon.

That has always happened, it's due to lag in some places, just ignore it.

It isn't specific to crowded places. It happens anytime you're lagging. I get it occasionally. Normally I'm perfectly fine - are you saying that your character always stands like this?

This is also happening to me. The only time i am not standing like that is when I have a 2 handed weapon equipped (Godswords, 2 Handers, and such)

If you are so worried report it to Jagex. It's just standing up straight.

I'm pretty sure the reason it does it in the first place is to reduce any lag, and the reason we always see it in crowded places is because those are the laggiest. I had it on max settings today and didn't get this.

 

 

 

Try turning down the graphical options and see if you still have it. As you said, your settings were on the best, so it is possible that it displayed the characters in that way rather than letting it lag your computer. If turning down the settings doesn't work, I'm afraid I don't know what else. May I ask what are your computer's specs?
