Is this considered efficient training result, or average? Any place can get me more efficient?

yea for f2p that is pretty good xp.. ur getting a bit more then i was in f2p.. but then that was when i was 45 def.

No. It is not the good-old spiders. Way too crowded there.

me too, most exp ive ever gotten in an hour on f2p was 15k :

Are you getting any good drops or any drops at all? or is this a pure exp spot?

At flesh crawlers i could get 25k exp per hour at 70 - 70 - 70 so I think 40k is great.
