Its nice, but you should avoid pillow-shading, to get a more realistic effect..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You could also work on the colours, mainly the contrast...The characters are nicely made, buy they dont stand out enoug, they need contrast...

Its nice, but it need some work..

I love the flowers, the gate, and the wall.. However I don't like the way the people look. THe skin is kind of.. wierd. The whole thing looks to soft. What did you use to make it..?

Phothoshop, I did it pixel by pixel though, but I saved it in gif.

I think it looks great, much better than anything I could do ... or would have the patience to do ;)

Try Graphics gale, or MSpaint.

I dont like MS Paint much.

i really like it, but the weapons of the knight, archer and noob look kinda weird.

An hour maybe, depends on how into it I am....

You might wanna use black to make the characters stand out more.

I dont use mspaint to make the stuff. The wall was easy I made a 10 pixel section and copy and pasted the stuff. The castle I made before. The other stuff was easy. The people took the longest. 10 minutes each.

Is there a pixel by pixel mode in photoshop?

Well if u set a 1 pxl hard brush and zoom in a lot you should have a pixel by pixel mode...even if it's not pixel by pixel actualy, tends to mess a bit on that....whatever...
