July 18, 200818 yr Nope...can't use stat boosters either. They don't work for the diaries either. Most quests allow stat boosts, some new ones prohibit it though (i.e. Rocking Out).

July 18, 200818 yr I've done all the quests...you need the levels. Stat boosts only work for agility and req assist doesn't work at all. Some quests you can't even start without the levels.
