I'm trying to get 50 construction, for more efficient Barrowing, if I drink tea at a certain level before, will I still be able to build a room? Say I had 49 construction and I drink tea, will I be able to build a teleport chamber?

I won't give my head on this, but I think those +cons level stuff (Saw, tea) only work with stuff INSIDE the rooms, not with the rooms themselves.

will not work for building rooms only objects in rooms.

I think they only work for stuff that require a hammer and saw to build.

I'm pretty sure that drinking tea works for building rooms. I know for a fact the crystal saw doesn't, which is what I think everybody is thinking of.

Drinking tea works for rooms. It's the crystal saw that doesn't.

The tea will work for anything, so it will work for rooms.

 

The xtra levels from the saw, will of course only work for building stuff where you need a saw ;)
