July 28, 200817 yr So I decided I might get back into team boss hunting (I've been soloing Bandos and Sara a lot lately because I'm too lazy to find a team and then dedicate 3 hours straight to boss hunting). I went to the Events forum and found neat little stickies for GWD teams. Clicked my way into the Sara one, because she is by far my favorite boss, and found this craziness about some newfangled "Box" method. Why, back in MY day, we used the run like hell until she tries to shank your teammate method, and we didn't have none of these newfangled angular shapes. Oh and also the hide in the safespot and be cheap method, after that became public. So anyway, what's the box method? I Googled and Youtubed it up and can't seem to find anything about it. I would just ask a team to explain it to me, but they seem pretty clear on the point that you're already supposed to know it. July 28, 200817 yr What you do is have 4 people (obviously) and you all stand in a sqaure and zil gets trapped in the middle and can't melee you. July 28, 200817 yr Nope, she starts to dance as she goes after one person, then someone else shoots her and she decides to go after that, then someone else shoots her and she goes after that one again and so on and so on. She ends up spinning in the middle and this is the way me and my clanmates were able to do a 8 hour trip :D we were determined to get a hilt and it took us that long to get one. This method really saves up on supplies and if she gets on you just run like hell and go back to the method you mentioned and then on next one square up again. Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both. Zilyana WILL come after somebody if the box is broken. (eating, moving, sometimes switching bolts or drinking a pot) Her AI is very selective in when she will target one person but if u do any of the things i mentioned above it is highly likely she will target someone. If that does happen, the person being targeted will run to a corner and down the wall (if they know what they're doing). If the targeted player runs towards your direction, you have to run from the direction they came from to "re-box" her. That is the best method of boxing and it works with 2-5 member teams as well.
