With the new quest "Spirit of Summer" release, a new monster has come into the game called a "Ghostly Warrior" It is level 42 with hitpoints of 44 according to Lunar Magics spell Monster Examine. Creature has a max hit of 5 and is agressive and does not retreat. This monster is not poisonous.

 

 

 

To access this creature you msut complete the Spirit of Summer quest and obtain Jennica's Ring. Travel out to the axe hut in level 55 wilderness and operate the ring while standing inside the white portal. In the ghost realm the axe's have been replaced with the Ghostly Warriors inside the hut!

 

 

 

Strangely enough, when using the Monster Examine spell from Lunar Spells, It says this is a Slayer monster but I cannot find it on the Slayer skill guide in-game.

Correct, albeit I imagine very rarely indeed.

In addition to the above drops, I have received a Nature Talisman and 1,2 or 4 Soul Runes.

 

 

 

I've found that you can also log out while in the Spirit Realm and when you log back in, you're still in the Spirit Realm. There is, however, a limit to how far from the Axe Hut you can go before you're automatically kicked back to the Normal World. This is important because you can get randoms during fights. I've had Strange Plant and Swarm so far.

 

 

 

They seem to have 44 Hit Points.

It is definitely 42, unless Jagex were wrong with their Monster Examine data. Remember monsters slowly regenerate HP as well.

 

 

 

 

 

I will make a note of the randoms thing though. Perhaps just using the portal, and returning to the Spirit Realm again would be quicker?
