Before HD, when there was only low and high, all roofs and extra stuff were hidden in low. in god wars boss rooms, there was an unsightly high wall around the boss's rooms. If your camara was down too low you couldn't see anything.

 

 

 

When HD came out there was an option to turn such extras off.

 

 

 

But this option has since been taken away. Now, even with "roofs" set to off, the unsightly walls remain. If you are on the side of the room and try to get a view of the room and put the wall between your character and the middle of the room, you see black wall. Dangerous.

 

 

 

can't be bothered to go to god wars? go the grand exchange and turn roofs off. there are tiles, part of the roof, lining the wall up top. Very bothersom.

It took me 5 mins to get used to godwars with high walls personally i dont see a problem its easy at any boss you name it.

There is that option (first option I think) that shows how many levels you can see, change that to current? (not the default one) and all the roofs should be removed.

HD options for levles is always "always all"

 

 

 

For roofs, it still displays them. Only on normal detail do they go away

Just play in low detail then? Low detail + 800 x 600 resolution (or whichever depending on your monitor size) will fit your whole monitor, and you should see everything well, no?

Playing a game in 800*600 is one thing, but sometimes setting your screen res to 800*600 is a whole other story.

What do you mean? Click properties on the desktop and just choose whichever resolution will make you see low detail well, it's 800 x 600 for a 17 inch monitor, makes you see low detail *zoomed* in and you see everything quite well.

Which is just that, low detial zoomed in. It isn't full screen.

 

 

 

That, and it screws up desktop icon placement

Yeah I guess this is a problem, the more bothersome one was not being able to right-click on Kree's shadow anymore to attack. Didn't take awhile to adapt to either though tbh.

Kree is a complete pain, can be really hard to click on. The number of times when I don't play full screen where I've tried to click on him(?) when he was near the top of the screen and clicked in the border and accidentally go back a page =/

I never knew you could turn that off :o it was annoying at some parts now I have mine off \
