Hello, I'm sort of new to the tip it scene, and I've seen some cool signatures around here containing pictures of people's rs avatars, skill levels, and goal progression. Did they make these themselves or is there a way that I can easily do this as well?

I get mine from Draynor.net

goal bars are made on draynor.net, runeweb.net, the avatars and signatures are made by themselves or asked to be made on the art bazaar subforum

Also, to add on that. You can take off the url which takes up less space in your sig, and you link yourself every time to the site where you got your sig from. Can get annoying after a while, but only some sites let you edit your sig.
