Cutdren
Well, 2 really. 1. Do the high alc prices get effected by the prices in the G.E? 2. Whats best to high alc, giving a profit with enough to buy the nats back? Cheers. Looking for a clan!
green9090
GE price has nothing to do with alch price. Join "DG Sweepers" Clan Chat for Dungeoneering Floors | Accepting all tipiters who are Willing to Learn |
elit9
The alch prices are constant; they do not fluctuate with the GE. As for what's best to alch, it depends on which items are (somewhat) readily available on the GE for an amount less than the gold received from alching minus the cost of nats. I no longer actively play RS and haven't alched in a while so I can't help you there, but be sure to keep your eyes open - I think it's best to try and look for these sorts of items yourself. Items that fit this criteria might have a low price only due to the fact few people know that they can turn a profit while alching that item, so if you can jump in before everyone else, you'll have an advantage. geminiranger
1.no the ge does not affect high alc 2.the price of nats are in the 200's and you would have to make everything you alch for there to be any profit
Wizz
I would suggest you make Emerald Braces yourself and alch them. Or buy Bars and make Platebodies and alch those :D Wongton is better than me in anyway~~
wcingisbad
Don't buy steel bars and make them into platebodies. It takes 5 steel bars to make one platebody right? then 5*650=3250gp. That's a loss of 2k+ cash per platebody. So mine your own iron and coal, make steel bars, smith them into steel platebodies and alch. at least 950gp profit each. R.I.P. If you want to high alch, just buy stuff like green d'hide bodies, the min price is about 280gp under the alch price. You'll have to do some research on this yourself, prices fluctuate a lot. Buy for 10k alch for 11k I think yew logs average between 395 to 405 gp per. but you need a fletching level of 75 to make yew longbows. and none of the rune items are below there alching value, people wouldnt sell them if they could just alc for more money.
