k i want to range aviansies to make some money/train range...70 range good enough to do it decently?

70 range is basically the minimum requirement for ranging aviansies(judging by some guides i've read). and if it's your first time you should do the pray method just so you get used to the environment and learn what it's like in the gwd.

70 is fine, anyway try each method, see which one you like, personally, I didn't start tanking until 80 defence. Bring Btp tabs to make your trips last longer..

Use bone to peach/bunyip as healing/or prayer

Depends how much money you have.

 

Ideally you need a pendant of armadyl (temple of ikov quest) something sara and something zammy to wear.

 

A combo between range bonus and prayer bonus so zammy prayer book is strongly recommended.

 

Try a few different combo's to find the right compromise between defense bonus and range bonus.

I started aviansies at 63 ranged, I did fine.

 

 

 

Just bring high Prayer bonus if you're using the Prayer method, ideally, this:

* (Saradomin/Zamorak) Stole

 

* Emerald bolts (e)/Broad Bolts

 

* Ava's Accumulator

 

* Rune c'bow

 

* Unholy book

 

* Monk Robe top

 

* Mone Robe bottom

 

* Barrow Gloves

 

* Ranger Boots > Snakeskin Boots

 

* Archer's Ring > Explorer's Ring > Ring of Wealth > Ring of Life/Dueling

 

 

 

With this as inventory:

 

 

 

- One-click Teleport

 

- Holy Wrench

 

- Runes for High Alchemy

 

- 1 Steel Arrow

 

- 1 GP

 

- About 18~20 4-dose Prayer Potions

 

OR

 

- About 15 Prayer Potions, 5 Ranging Potions

 

- About 2~4 free inventory slots

 

 

 

 

 

If you go in the Eyrie, make sure to swap the Stole for an Armadyl Pendant. Drop the Grapple after use.

70 range is just fine! i'm going at 61 range!

70 Range is fine, I've been going there since 62 Ranged :P Bring B2P tabs if you have the mage level, you'll be there longer = more money.
