99 Farming?

I had a discussion on RS today with someone about farming. This person said that 99 farming is possible to get with 30k+ exp per hour without losing money. Is this true?

You can grow herbs, marigolds and vegetables and then sell them on the GE for profit. Planting trees will involve alot less work but will not be as profitable. The jade vine will also provide you with 1.5k farming experience (and 2.5K slayer) per day without costing you anything. I don't think 30k of experience per hour is going to be easy to achieve.

 

I can go plant trees once a day and easily make 30k in an hour, and by using seeds from manage your kingdom greatly reduce my costs, but unfortunately not make a profit.

Sure, you can plant herbs to make money, and then low level trees or whatever that don't cost too much for decent experience.

 

 

 

And the exp/hour is counted with the time that you actually spend farming, since you don't have to watch stuff grow.

the only thing that comes to mind is perhaps vinesweeper? i don't know exactly how much exp you can get per hour..

I broke even doing 3 kwuarm runs a day, and planting pineapples/willows/calquats. I even made a bit of money, actually.

 

 

 

It gets extremely tedious after a while though. I'm now trying to making money for 99 farming with yews and papayas.
