So, that raises the question, what is the best way to get from 40-50 RCing, P2P? I will be mining my own Pure Rune Ess, and then selling that for Rune Ess. So, what way should I get from 40-50? Going on todays mid prices and he would need to make approx 8800 fires... Buying the essence would cost 45x8800 = 396k Assuming he uses the pouches he can then he can craft 35 runes per trip so 8800/35/4 = number of rings needed = 63 If he buys bars n cut gems then makes them they will cost less than 1kea so hes looking at about 450k to get 40-50 rc doing this method... However he says hes goin to be mining the pure ess n selling n buying rune ess so that would gain him (8800x157)-(8800x45) = 985600 985k-price of rings = about a 930k profit... Yup thats it, definitely do fires til 44 then its up to you if you do nats or stick with fires... Okay I was estimating the max he would need. However you want the real cost of it and do ingore when I said roughly 1m, it was a bad guess. 8856*45 = 398,520gp He won't be able to make 35 natures every trip. Every 30 trips I believe he will need to repair his medium pouch which will take up 3 rune ess. So that cuts it down to 34.9. 8856/34.9/4 which comes out to 63.48 which means he needs 64 rings of dueling. He could buy the rings of dueling at 945 gp. Which means 64*945gp which comes out to 60480. Or he could waste about 10-15 mins making duelling rings himself while getting some mage and craft exp and that will cost him 874 gp ea, which comes out to 55936. There could be the possiblty of super energies, but I won't go into that as I don't suggest it for fire runes. The fact is time is money, and if you can mine roughly 1k p ess a hour your better off saving 5-10 mins and just buying the rings of duelling outright. Okay, now if you sell the fires for 9gp ea. 9*8856*2 = 159,408gp He will get 159,408 gp back, since he can make double fires Okay so 60,480+398,520-159,408 = 299,592gp So 299,592 is the exact figure you should pay for 50 rc if you buy at mid. I am aware he is mining pure ess, however the fact is. He has to spend/use 300k out of whatever profit he mines to get 50 rc if he makes fire runes all the way there, that could include mining 1m p ess. Too lazy to have a cool sig.
