Well, i made it to the jad yesterday :thumbsup:

 

anyways, i didn't get the cape, and since it was my first time making it to the jad, i had 3 super restores left and 2 brews, (i could of had more i was just a little careless)

 

anyways, i was doing fine until like 10 switches into the fight, i turned on anti-range, because i saw his feet go up, but then he charged mage, and i switched to mage, but right when i switched i got hit and it was a 0 :o

 

 

 

Next attack, was a ranged attack, and my nervousness cought me and i had to pee, so i switched to range, a little to late and got hit with a 5 :?

 

 

 

I reached the healers a little later, i hit a healer, came after me, switched prayer, next one, etc...

 

last healer i hit, i saw the wrong attack and i switched wrong prayer, and that was the end of moi :wall:

 

 

 

Is there any way i can not get as nervous or practice for the switching? :?

sadly its all trial and error, it took me 11 times to finally get it done :/

The more you do it the less nervous youll get, you should probably take care of going to the bathroom and stuff before getting to him though lol as for practicing search some youtube videos and pretend youre actually fighting him.

didn't you get bored, that was my third attempt and i hate it now, only reason i wanna do it is for cape... :?

i think i did those 11 tries over a timespan of a year :o

I did it in three tries, just watch some youtube vids to see how they do it.

i did it in three tries, but enough of bragging...the night before i attempted to get the fire cape i actually watch some video of people fighting Jad and i actually practiced my prayer with them...i just ignore which prayer they had on and just watch the animation of jad attack movement. i also used sound....if there is a explosion it means he will use mage attacks if it is silent and he stamps then it is a range attack... the second time i attempt i messed up the prayer switching too but the third and final time i was successful....

 

when the healers come wait for jad to do 2 attacks in a row like mage the mage attack after it, on the second attack he does the same just attack one healer, then when he does it again attack the next healer and so on...hope this helped!
