A while after playing world of warcraft 2 week trial, i found myself in need of more teamed based activities, such as GWD or CW. I found this to be odd, because i never cared for CW and was way to scared to do GWD after hearing stories of death and loss.

 

 

 

But i have found that after playing games like WoW and even Halo online co-op, i found i was addicted to team baces play and activites.

 

 

 

Anyone else ever notice that? I find it very odd that after my first raid in WoW, i wanted more plater interaction from RS

I never played WoW, so I can't relate. But on Runescape, I personally am not very into team things. I prefer to do things alone. Of course there's some exceptions, like where I just have an urge to play castlewars, or lately, the Great Orb Project :P Though I'm pretty sure if I did more things that're team based (once I get over my fear of GWD after getting roflpwnt there) I'd be happy to do them more.

I don't often find myself wanting to play team based games. I don't often find myself talking to anyone on RS either. =P

 

I just use tip.it's IRC-chat most of the time to talk to other players, and then I play RS and maybe talk to a couple friends that I know from school via RS while I play. =)

Wait..wait ..wait. Your complaining about lack of team based options in Warcraft? Raiding, Arena teams, WSG, AB, AV, EOTS... There's plenty of team play if you acaully pay for the game mate. What'd you expect from a trial? :wall:

I like to have some Diablo occassionally. And definitely a strategy game like Days of Ruin for the DS, or Warcraft TFT (the RTS--not WoW). I could use a little more strategy from RS.

Uh, yea. Well then. I'd agree but the team based games Jagex has released recently are a joke.

I don't know. FoG, Clan Wars, GWD, and Castle Wars are all pretty satisfying in my eyes. The only thing I liked about WOW were the instances (dungeons).

Yeah, somehow I knew you meant Castle Wars. I wasn't really asking "Why Clan Wars?", but instead implying "How about Clan Wars?" Sorry for the confusion too.
