Whether or not people have found this, but i just saw this whilst woodcutting... it seems when a player goes down to fish with a certain hair, it loosk as if its being dragged... hence why some guy was like 'Pulls hair'

havent seen that glitch before,

 

 

 

although the achievement cape fishing glitch is getting old (i thought jagex said they fixed it aswell?)

Pinning blame on Jagex is like trying to put pants on an old man.

You both know he needs them, but he'll just keep dancing around, avoiding them at all costs.
