Well, it really depends on your combat, but I would say flesh crawlers would do nicely.

Back when i had your combat levels, i trained on Hobgoblins behind crafting guild lol.

 

I got from 60-70 in all 3 ov my combat skills. Sounds newbish but i found it quite fast xp :-k
