Deathmath
Range, standard ranged gear. If you want to melee, which is fine but ranged is better black mask and general melee slayer gear. Thoroughly retired, may still write now and again
Allbot
best mage def armor u have with blk mask and go crazy, they are very good for training.
Tim_Finch
Melee is the fastest way to kill em. With your best magic defence, either bones to peaches or a bunyip is great here, seeing as they'll do a noticeable amount of damage over time. Deathmath
Oops, you need mage def :P It'd be faster with melee but it's great ranged training. Thoroughly retired, may still write now and again
Troacctid
Fastest way to kill 'em is with a cannon and melee. You can go to the Meiyerditch Dungeon if you want a multicombat zone. There's regular and mutated bloodvelds there. Read my blog | Follow me on Twitter | Track my XP

I bring bones to peaches runes for the little healing I need. Trust the Gene Genie!

You need to prey, so prossy all the way. If you have tried out the new rc mini game, the blood alter tablet will take you very close to the mutated velds. sir_bubbabob
The regular bloodvelts in the slayer tower have many safespots to choose from. They are one of the very few slayer tasks that I range.
cat666
You don't need to pray for the 4 normal bloodvelds. Trust the Gene Genie!
pulli23
Also if you know at least a bit about how pathfinding works you can easily make it so only 1 bloodveld attacks you at the same time: so no prayer needed at all! First they came to fishingand I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing Then they came to the yewsand I didn't speak out because I didn't cut yews Then they came for the oresand I didn't speak out because I didn't collect ores Then they came for meand there was no one left to speak out for me.
