my short question is does shadow blitz stack until ur opponent has 0/x atk (where x is their atk lvl)?

If one person continually uses it, it will only go down so far. Not sure about two people though.

I was of the opinion that it only took it down to the base level - whatever it takes it down by (10% for blitz, 15% for barrage), so 3 casts would take out the effect of a super attack potion and reduce it to its minimum level. I believe it holds true no matter how many people are casting, but I have not tested it so I cannot personally guarantee it. Having it take down 10-15% every time would be massively overpowered - barrage an opponent, and in the 6 casts you have while they're frozen take them down to 10% attack. Ever had someone try and hit you with level 10 attack? It's not pretty. Virtually any fight would be ended with a couple casts.

Also, if an attack has the ability to lower your stats more than it's max (Aka below 50) it should be able to lower it all the way to 0.

No. You can assume it lowers their attack to 10% below their base level.

well when you repeat ice attacks, the freeze doesn't stack

 

when you repeat smoke attacks the poison doesn't stack

 

 

 

also after someone has used a shadow spell and you try to stun it says their attack is lowered already, if you try to entangle after ice it tells you that they are already held so i doubt it

Don't bother. It's -10%. It's the only thing that would make sense. And if you wasted that much time to avoid paying 40k in runes.... :o
