Hawks
You should be able to play mp3s with Windows Media Player... What version of Windows are you using? and which sort of computer is it (Dell, HP, etc) sig by Soa.....tip.it times.....art & mediadeviantart/flickr/last.fm/steam/twitter/tumblr/youtube
Earpy
The make of the computer shouldn't affect how the software works on the system. The only thing I can suggest is looking for a codec, try looking here for one. Also, make sure your Windows Media player is upto date. Another alternative is that the Mp3 file could be corrupt. Have you tried more than one different Mp3?
thrash-boy
for memory there are quite a few problems with mp3's and windows movie maker. however if you cant play them in media player its most likely a codec problem
ClareJonsson
Or you could convert the MP3s to WAVs using Audacity. That in my opinion would be the simplest option. [Assist-X]
