princesita1
I have read a lot about how to kill mith dragons effectively, but I'm still unsure... What's the best gear and setup one needs? Ps. I already read the guide on tip.it!
llamster
There's a bunch of ways to kill them. You can either range them with ruby and diamond (e) bolts or melee them with a dragon long+DFS or Verac's. You should keep all of the mithril bars they drop. Oh and by the way, Tip.it's mithril dragon guide is rubbish. Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:

Smackapotato
You should try pm'ing Darkdude98 on tip.it. I'm pretty sure he kills miths very regularly. EDIT - Signature far exceeds our sig limits but since it's so colourful you can keep it.
slaytanicc
If im not mistaken, a person called Green(with numbers behind) has a advanced dragon slaying guide...look around in some of the posts here and try and find his siggy, coz her has a link right below it. He is easy to spot as all his stats are maxed. |Tip.it's TOP F.o.G player|Current Goals: 95STR/95ATK/95RANGED|
romu000
i use baileydafrog's way with sucess : range & anti fire pots + pray pot + sharks range gear + dfs stand in melee area with mele protect on you dont get hit with melee, and few with rest. 1st half with ruby then diamonds are a good option At 85 range i manage up to 6 kills a trip. Oh baby light the dark side...

Sunli
I have read a lot about how to kill mith dragons effectively, but I'm still unsure... What's the best gear and setup one needs? Ps. I already read the guide on tip.it! If you can afford this set-up, heres what I would bring: Protect from melee since they hit harder with melee then with magic. Top + Bottom karil (gives better magic defence then ahrim) - or you can wear another outfit that gives protection against magic attacks - like mage robes or d'hide. Infinite booties Slayer mask/black mask if you have one Antifire shield of course! Fury ammy and barrow gloves Quick tele 10 - 13 sara brews (4) 10 - 13 super restores (4) 1 Antifire pot (4) No need to bring super pots since you will be drinking sara brews when you need to heal and that will only lower your attack and strength anyway - followed up with super restore to heal prayer and restore stats. Instead have either Piety or Ultimate Strength and Incredible Reflexes on. Might be usefull to bring a healer (bunyip or unicorn) too, just remember that you cant summoning it untill you are well within the dungeon. - "I am willing to die...I mean try" - Jewelfire (Want to go bossing?) -"we tried, we cried and we died!" - Limparse (What happens to old farts and tarts on monster-hunts) - "...and we found out that there are as many ways to get to warriors guild ...as there are elders trying to get there" - Lysi *snods agely* sorry... *nods sagely* - Brammy -"Equality is being treated the SAME as everyone else; not having special treatment and unique things added in to everything." - Sy_Accursed
