Well! i has been like a month since i have posted anything, or posted at all for that matter! Since school started up, i have been messing around in photoshop rather than doing my class work! i have made 3 images, and ill post 2 for now. All of them done in Photoshop Elements 3.0

I wish I had elements 3.0.

But I am not that much into that horror theme.

So I've noticed this thread's regulars all follow similar trends.

RPG is constantly dealing with psycho exes.

Muggi reminds us of the joys of polygamy.

Saq is totally oblivious to how much chicks dig him.

I strike out every other week.

Kalphite wages a war against the friend zone.

Randox pretty much stays rational.

Etc, etc

I hate elements, its so basic, its hard to do everything because its so old.

I have CS2 here at home, and its so much easier to do things because things are more 'user friendly'

And yeah, i guess the 'horror' look isnt for everyone :P i love doing them though

1 - very nice almost out of saw or something, the eye has that look of deep bone chilling fear

2 - ehh... the teeth? they just ruin it for me they look fake imo she also appears to be trying to hard. and i just dont buy that she is really scared, the mascara also seems to have exploded or something also doesn't work for me

ps. i've got elements 5, and CS3

Thank you

as for the second one, she isnt supposed to be scared as much as she is possessed i guess, and i was trying to get that exact look on the teeth, but they came out very fake looking.

I agree on the teeth. The first however, is amazing. great attention to detail.

The horror looks isn't really for me either, but good job on the first picture. I'd have to agree about the teeth on the second one, but it isn't bad either.

The first one is wonderfully detailed with skin texture, but the second one just looks bland and dull in comparison. The mascara doesn't look very good, either, and that white in the eye (lens flare?) looks pretty fake. Ehh, it's not your best. I guess it might just be more of a style thing, though. I'm not sure.

I really like the texture on the first one? Link to tut?

And the second one...will kill me in my dreams.

i would link you to a tut if there was one i used :P it was pretty simple really, i just used a 'rust' texture, on 'soft light' i think, then played with some colors, and etc etc

I see. When ever I download a texture, I can never find it. :wall:

Any help?
