C/C, opinions, thoughts?

Smudging on the first could be a lot cleaner. The focal is hard to make out, which craps up the compo.

 

2nd is good, and 3rd is awesome.

1st sig yes, like Thru said is messy. Sprite should be seen a bit better.

 

2. is just wonderful.

 

3. the C4D on left is a bit too distracting IMO.

I agree with thru. For the first one I didn't realise it was a sprite till I squinted :-# .

 

 

 

The second is fairly good, but still messy, and to me doesn't have particularly good flow.

 

 

 

The third is very good. Good flow colours and lighting. The colours seem a bit washed out in places but overall it is great.

I really like the second one, the first good use of red I've seen really. The others flow well, but in the first one the render is blended too much/not visible enough.

1 - i really not a fan of the overall hue of it

3 - the left side has a lot less detail then the render, and the hue again does work well with the hue of the render, render is vibrant, while the c4d is more pastel at lest on to the top left it is

Actually, I may turn this into a gallery.

The first - it's hard to tell what's going on. It's simple, then there's the messy, cluttered area.

 

 

 

I like the second the best, except the text is too distracting for me (I could just be weird). Still, it's great.

 

 

 

The third is nice. You did a good job.

I know, I just put it on for fun, and it's only an experimental thingy anyway. What about the smudging itself though?

It's a brush called *star*#5 from this pack. Spacing 1, no jitter. Experiment with the other options.

My smudge is that and looks exactly the same. :shock:
