I can't use gpedit.msc because it's home edition, and when I created a key under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies called ActiveDesktop and made "NoChangingWallPaper"=dword:00000001 this is didn't work ;_; That's what other sites told me to do anyway. Devnull Well he's just being a brat and my mum says that if we keep arguing about it she'll just take away the computer from us for being so 'silly' but yeah I really don't want his stupid bands as the wallpaper when I'm the only one who really uses this computer most of the time.
