So, you can mine iron or something, and when a shooting star lands, go off and mine it. You get huge exp. Iron - Yanille is the best I beleive. Right? Only make them into platebodies if you don't mind losing a lot of money. You'd get a lot more profit if you sold the bars without smithing them. Actually, you'd get even more profit if you skipped the coal and just made iron bars with rings of forging, and sold those.
