Well, it's very difficult:

First, find a good sig maker, like the Jeppoz. Then saw off his hand. (caution, hard part) Then saw off your own hand. Stitch the Jeppoz's hand to your bloody stump, and walla! Mad pixel skills!

Why my hand ? *OUCHIE* (i guess it's all about that foodslayer stuff mmm?)

However if you can't draw outlines then...all you need is more practice or more time...

If you can't shade all you need is getting veeeeery veeeeery friendly with RGB (or HLS) palettes, keeping an eye on whatever you can see in nature, expecialy the different reactions a certain surface has to certain light sources. Real life can teach you a lot of thing about arts in general, so it's never a bad idea to rip nature :)

It looks .. sketchy. Armour and weaponry are usually made out of plates, and so have clear strong lines. This helm is a bit uneven, as if it was made by an inexperienced blacksmith. If you know what I mean :?

Good thing nobody knows I draw with my feet, so my pixel skills are quite safe.... Oops...

i've heard of people drawing with their feet but that sounds quite hard, of course its just like anything else, get good at it after you practice.. i wouldnt be able to find a good position to draw with my feet lol.

the drawing... save it as a better format, like png.

once you've done that, then we'll talk about how you drew it.

Would you stop worry about your post count and post something worthwhile? All of your posts in this thread alone are spam.

You seem to understand how you're supposed to shade so I don't see the problem. Choose your base color. For the lighter/highlighted areas choose a lighter color and for darker areas choose a darker color. As long as they are different shades, but still same color you should get some good basic shading.

thanx,

im making a new one and it looks better but im still not going to try to do a background yet. jus trieng to get the shading to look realistic but i cant get the right colours with the HSL slider or RBG so i still need practice with them.
