Navyvet1 Posted October 2, 2008 Share Posted October 2, 2008 Once you finish Lost Tribe and at least start Recipe for Disaster, the fastest way to mine Iron is open to you(where you do not need and items to help you tele): Logon to the fullest Member world you can. Go to Lumby basement and go into tunnels (don't forget light source and tinderbox). Talk to goblin and get teled to mines. There are 2 spots very close to where you enter that have multiple iron rocks you alternate against. Pick your spot and mine a full inventory. Talk to Kazgar and ask to be teled out of mines. Run back to Lumby Basement Bank. Rinse and repeat. If you are using a Lantern, you get 26 ore per trip. If you have the Firemaking Level for the Goblin Mining Helmet, use that so you can get 27 ore per trip (1 spot for Tinderbox...just in case). Wear weight reducing gear (Spotted/Spottier Cape, Boots of Lightness, etc). If you want to collect arrows, wear Ava's Attractor/Accumulator for that extra bonus! There are also Silver Rocks here, so this is also a very fast way of mining Silver. Good Luck! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Currently the fastest way to mine and bank iron I think. D Jay's a nub and forgot to mention that you use a Spirit Kyatt Familiar to teleport there. (It's the same one you use to level summoning).
